I was really happy to cover my first Atheist wedding, it was such a touching and intimate ceremony among family and friends in a perfect location...
Oh, and fun fact, the ceremony was skull-themed, Yes, you read right !

Fun little 'toshoot under a scorching sun in one of Paris most trendy yet traditional neighborhood : The marais. Fun fact : the day after this shoot, Leo and Marine flew off to a 2 years long travel around the world !
Lovely vietnamese-french ceremony for these two lovebirds. Small scale but big emotions...
This has been such an important season for us at Nomadist Moon photography, thank you all for sharing it with us and we feel truly blessed to be able to share these lifetime memories at your side ! Here's to a new season that's about to start !
Ahh felt great to exit the busy city for a bit and cover a Julie's and Augustin traditional wedding in the beautiful countryside during this really hot summer day...
This one was a truly unique one; I was really glad being able to mix the two sides of photography I like the most : Romantic photoshoot and urban exploration. Because the three of us shared this taste, we decided to go into the unknown and sneak into an abandonned castle in ruins that I already went to a couple of times. The results are these eery, spooky yet romantic pics that I'm pretty happy about !
That was a rather unique and wonderful mix of culture, Agnes being Polish and Alberto from Chile !
It's always a nice challenge to do a photoshoot in a new area of Paris, I was really glad Margot and Matt chose Beaubourg+le Marais neighbourhood for our shoot, we found a nice secluded little park to get the intimate shots and the Pompidou building was just a perfect background for the other ones !
I felt like a true Paparazzi during the first part of this evening, waiting at my table and keeping an eye on their table, waiting for Josh to pop up the question to his beautiful fiancée-to-be who had no clue what was about to happen tonight and that I was there for them ! But in the end, everything went great, I witnessed a great big YES and felt so happy for these 2 love birds :)
Ahhh Weddings' season is finally coming back ! Alright, we didn't exactly have the great Spring weather we were hoping for on that one but who cares ! The warm smiles, electric excitement, intense emotions and guadeloupeans rythms warmed everyone up until the break of dawn..
Sometimes you don't need to have a party of 100+ guests to make have a great wedding... Especially when, as Donald and Julide, you decide to marry half way between your two respective homes ! Such a sweet and intimate reception that was :)
Fancy and friendly wedding party in one of my favorite parisian venues :)
Was it a wedding or an awesome show ? Honestly it was hard to tell as the atmosphear was so electric and energetic ! I admit I had to put down the camera sometimes to join them on the dancefloor !
Oups, I forgot to post this photoshoot until now ! We had a great time with this amazing indian couple that was in Paris only for a couple of days, and we were blessed with a delightful late-summer weather while we stroll along the scenic River side
Witnessing the absolute worst of humankind helps me to reminisce about the very best of it also.
Emerging from the bleakest darkness; the unity, the generosity, the respect, the compassion, the resilience, the patriotism and the optimism I see all around me inspire me, comfort me and give me faith for better days.
We are one, we are strong
Wow, I've rarely witnessed a wedding in such a dreamy, fancy and elegant setting. The parisian palace is a true romantic jewel and allowed An Tong and Meng to celebrate their love far from home and with all their family "à la francaise".
Un grand bravo à Julien et Coralie qui ont remporté le photoshoot de 2 heures gratuit grâce à leur participation au concours organisé lors du salon du mariage !
I had the chance to change scenery for 2 weeks in the breathtaking New York City sublimed by fall colors.. I totally fell in love with the city and exporting my usual workflow with so many amazing and diverse american couples was really inspiring and refreshing !
Even though my voice is gone now and my legs are sour from standing up all day, I couldn't by happier with how the whole tradeshow went ! As if it was possible it seems today was even more crowded than yesterday and it seems pretty clear that all my weekends will be busy next summer, hooray ! We uploaded the few pictures we took on the spot for our big facebook contest, if you got one of our badges as well, don't forget to upload your picture soon tagging "nomadistmoon" and gather as many likes as possible until oct 12th to get a chane to win our free Paris photoshoot !
